Software Engineer
A Software Engineer will work with the Engineering team to continually design, develop and deploy HotSocket's proprietary technology. During the design phase, the Software Engineer will be responsible for researching, assisting, and ultimately designing the architecture of software systems and databases. The Software Engineer will also be responsible for system integration, and creating test plans in conjunction with both the QA department and Engineering department. During the Development phase, the Software Engineer will be expected to continually improve upon their software development abilities, while writing high-quality codes, and perfecting their documentation and debugging skills. During the Deploy phase, the Software Engineer will work in conjunction with the QA department to ensure that all client campaigns function in accordance with design requirements.

The preferred candidate will have a BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience; 2 years of related work experience; experience with C or C++ on Unix, Object Oriented Programming/Design; and working knowledge of Web programming technologies: CGI, HTTP.
