HotSocket is looking for talented full-time designers to join our team. We need savvy, client-focused Photoshop/Illustrator pros who are eager to own the look and feel of a campaign from start to finish. Excellent page layout and image optimization skills desired. Interactive agency/marketing experience is preferred but not required. Please, no web first-timers. We're looking for individuals who can quickly massage broad concepts into several different presentations per campaign. Must have a strong desire to work in a friendly, team-oriented environment.

Producers
HotSocket is looking for talented producers/site builders to join our team. We need HTML/image optimization pros with an ability and desire to learn on the fly. Excellent (quick!) page build and image optimization skills desired. DHTML, CSS and/or JavaScript skills will place you at the top of our list. Prior programming experience will put you at the peak. Visio or MSProject experience a plus as well. Candidates must have a knack at knocking out pages that load fast and look good. No web first-timers or WYSIWYG dependents. You must know code and have a strong desire to work in a friendly, team-oriented environment.
